Global Tek Fabrication and subsidiaries of the Group -- AvioCast, are certified under AS9100 and NADCAP international aerospace standards. Our manufacturing capabilities support large-scale, high-strength, thin-wall, and complex structural castings, widely applied in critical aerospace systems such as aircraft engines, gearboxes, thermal management systems, and air management systems.


Through the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies such as 3D sand mold printing, automated X-ray inspection, and AI-based defect detection, we continuously enhance manufacturing quality and production efficiency. These capabilities have enabled us to successfully enter the global aerospace supply chain, supporting major aircraft platforms including Airbus A350, Boeing B787, and LEAP engine programs, and positioning us as a trusted high-end manufacturing partner in the international aerospace industry.

Auxiliary Power Unit (APU)

The Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) is a small gas turbine engine installed in an aircraft, typically located in the tail section. Its primary functions include providing independent power and pneumatic support when the main engines are not operating. APU functions include: supplying electrical power for onboard systems、providing bleed air for cabin air conditioning、Supporting engine start-up procedures。During ground operations, the APU powers hydraulic systems, air conditioning, and onboard electrical equipment. In-flight, it can also supply the necessary air pressure to restart the main engines if required.
