Global Tek Fabrication and subsidiaries of the Group -- AvioCast, are certified under AS9100 and NADCAP international aerospace standards. Our manufacturing capabilities support large-scale, high-strength, thin-wall, and complex structural castings, widely applied in critical aerospace systems such as aircraft engines, gearboxes, thermal management systems, and air management systems.

Through the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies such as 3D sand mold printing, automated X-ray inspection, and AI-based defect detection, we continuously enhance manufacturing quality and production efficiency. Aircraft Engine Systems

Each aircraft engine is equipped with an Accessory Gearbox (AGB), typically installed beneath the engine at the front lower section of the aircraft structure. The AGB automatically adjusts rotational speeds as the engine accelerates or decelerates, ensuring that connected components such as generators and hydraulic pumps operate within safe and optimal speed ranges.
